The busbar protection box is made of radiation cross-linked polyolefin material, with excellent physical, chemical, and electrical properties. It is an insulation treatment material at the connection point of the busbar, and is also suitable for voltage levels of 1KV/10KV/35KV. Operation process:

1. Firstly, prepare the corresponding specifications of the busbar heat shrink tubing and busbar protection box according to the size of the copper bar. Place the busbar heat shrink tubing on the copper bar and use a hot air gun or oven for heating treatment

2. Overlap the two fully shrunk copper bars together and secure them with screws

3. Open the prepared busbar protection box and place it on the exposed copper busbar that needs to be protected

4. Use nail buckles to seal the open busbar protection box, check the degree of protection of the copper busbar, and ensure that it is completely wrapped around it.

Notes:

The size of the heat shrink tubing for the busbar should be reasonable, slightly larger than that of the copper busbar

2. The specifications of the busbar protection box should correspond to the busbar heat shrink tube

3. The overlap between copper bars should be firm.
