The copper nose is an intermediate connector for wires and cables and electrical equipment. The two ends are the top of the fixing screw and the end of the copper core of the wire and cable.
  Copper nose is also known as wire nose, copper wiring nose, copper tube nose, wiring terminal, etc. in the industry, and the names are different in different places. It is a connector for connecting wires and cables to electrical equipment. Generally, copper noses are used for those larger than 10 square meters, and cold-pressed wire noses are often used for those smaller than 10 square meters. The copper nose is divided into tin-plated and non-tin-plated on the surface.
  Main scope of application
  Household appliances, electrical industry, machinery and equipment factories, shipyards, distribution cabinets, distribution boxes, etc. The product has good appearance and specifications, good electrical conductivity and safety.
Model 1: DT, which is made of T2 copper rod. The appearance of the product is a round head of a spatula, which can be used to seal and block oil. The top side is used for fixing screws. The end is inserted into the stripped cable and pressed with a terminal pliers. .
  Model 2: DTG, which is stamped from T2 copper tube, slightly lighter in weight than DT, can replace DT when the connection of sealing and oil blocking is not required. The workmanship is simpler and faster than DT, and the price is relatively cheap.
  There are two commonly used surface treatments:
  1. Pickling, the color after pickling is basically the same as the natural color of red copper, which can be beautiful, anti-oxidation and more conducive to electrical conductivity.
  2. Tin plating, the surface of the copper nose after tin plating is silvery white, which can better prevent oxidation and conduct electricity, and prevent the diffusion of harmful gases generated by copper in the conductive process.
  Installation Precautions:
  1. The screws must be tightened.
  2. The cable and copper nose must be inserted in place and pressed with pliers.
