Compared to ordinary heat shrink tubing, its production process is almost no different, mainly in terms of raw materials. Low pressure heat shrink tubing in ordinary colors is made by mixing PE and EVA, while transparent heat shrink tubing is made of 100% EVA. Therefore, the texture of transparent heat shrink tubing feels softer than that of ordinary heat shrink tubing.

In terms of production, transparent heat shrink tubing has a relatively high requirement for color purity. In other words, when producing transparent heat shrink tubing, it is necessary to ensure that no other colors are mixed in the production equipment, and all machinery and equipment need to be washed clean to avoid impurities or discoloration in the transparent heat shrink tubing.
