Physical and mechanical properties of PVC heat shrink tubing: 

1. Product appearance: smooth surface, uniform thickness, no obvious spots, no oil stains, impurities, or folds. 

2. Specific gravity: 1.36. 

3. Heat shrinkage rate: tested at 100°C, the lateral shrinkage rate is 48±3%, and the longitudinal shrinkage rate is 12±3%, which can fit the product closely. 

4. Flexibility: After the package is shrunk, it will not crack after falling from a height of 1 meter on the cement floor in different directions in the vertical and horizontal directions three times. 

5. Color: After the package is shrunk, it will not fade or change color when stored at 30°C.

6. Elongation: less than 2%. 

7. Water absorption rate ≤0.5%. 

8. Natural shrinkage rate: natural shrinkage ≤0.5% when stored at 30°C. 

9. Resistivity ≥1×1015Ω/cm3 (relative humidity at room temperature ≤65%).
