The heat shrink stress control tube looks like a small black tube from the outside. It is made by blending or copolymerizing multiple polymer materials and is an intelligent material that combines polymer materials with radiation processing technology. Common polymer materials such as polyethylene and polyvinyl chloride are usually linear in structure. After being transformed into a network structure under the radiation effect of sources like electron accelerators, these materials will possess a unique "memory effect". Materials that have expanded and cooled to set shape can re-contract and return to their original shape when heated. It is mainly used at the connection positions of power cables and is generally used in conjunction with other cable components. It is a type of heat shrinkable stress tube used at the cut-off points of the outer shielding of cables in terminal and intermediate connections to alleviate the concentration of electric field stress at the end of the cable shielding. It is also applied to the key parts of cable accessories to disperse electric field stress and play a role in dispersion.

 Heat shrink stress control tubes are generally used at high-voltage cable terminals and are suitable for 10kV, 24kV, and 36kV heat shrinkable insulated terminals. Low-voltage terminals generally do not require stress tubes. Generally, in our 10kv heat shrink terminals, No. 1 is equipped with a stress tube with a diameter of 30 millimeters, No. 2 with a stress tube with a diameter of 35 millimeters, No. 3 with a stress tube with a diameter of 40 millimeters, and No. 4 with a stress tube with a diameter of 50 millimeters. Each heat shrink stress tube is 15 centimeters in length and black in color. In the 10kv heat shrinkable terminal, each set is equipped with 3 stress tubes, and in the middle of the 10kv heat shrinkable terminal, 6 stress tubes are equipped. Usually, we wrap three of them into a small package. In the 35kv heat shrink terminal, No. 1 is equipped with a stress tube with a diameter of 50mm, No. 2 is equipped with a stress tube with a diameter of 60mm, and No. 3 is equipped with a stress tube with a diameter of 80mm. The length of each heat shrink stress tube is 30 centimeters. The 35kv heat shrink terminal is the same as the 10kv one, and each set is equipped with 3 stress tubes.
