In addition, heat shrink protective sleeves are measured by roots and have circular sides, which can also meet the daily use of some circular objects. The heat shrink protective sleeve, from the appearance, is a black pipe. Customers who have purchased the heat shrink intermediate connection should have seen it before. There is a one meter long pipe in the matching set, which is the heat shrink protective sleeve. Normally, the length is 1 meter per piece, which is sufficient to meet market needs. Generally, this type of protective casing is relatively thick, with a thickness of 2mm before shrinkage, and the material is also relatively hard, with good wear resistance. The main material is also polyethylene, and there is absolutely no problem with a voltage of 10KV. The breakdown voltage of this material is 25KV per milliliter, so the insulation performance of this thick protective sleeve is very good. Similar to the middle wall protective casing, its continuous operating temperature is -55 ° C~105C, with a minimum initial shrinkage temperature of 80 ° C and a minimum complete shrinkage temperature of 120 ° C. In fact, continuous operation at the highest temperature will greatly shorten the service life of the material. They also have good low-temperature brittleness and can work continuously at temperatures above -55 ° C without cracking.

The customer may have doubts. When viewed from the outside, the heat shrink protective sleeve and the middle wall pipe appear as black pipes. How should we distinguish them? The difference lies in the different gluing methods. The middle wall pipe is divided into two types: spiral gluing and machine direct gluing, which cover all the inner walls of the pipe and provide better sealing effect. On the other hand, the heat shrink protective sleeve is manually glued, and the two ends of the pipe are glued. Inside the pipe, it is generally necessary to apply waterproof adhesive at both ends. Approximately 10CM long. When conducting heat shrink construction, the inner layer of hot melt adhesive will melt correspondingly and fill between the protective sleeve and the outer sheath layer of the cable, playing a waterproof role. Sometimes, if customers do not need waterproofing, they can also choose not to apply adhesive. Taking the low-voltage four core heat shrink intermediate connection as an example, the product consists of four branch pipes and a protective sleeve. The branch pipes are wrapped around the corresponding square of the branch cable for contraction. After completing this process, the heat shrink protective sleeve is wrapped around the outside to provide another layer of insulation protection.

Because heat shrink protective sleeves are usually used as supporting products for intermediate connections, they are mostly sold as intermediate connections in sets and assembled according to customer orders. Of course, there are also some customers who will purchase heat shrink protective sleeves separately, and purchasing them separately requires customers to determine the product diameter in advance, which is convenient for the manufacturer's sales personnel to make judgments.
